A formerly popular upscale clothing brand was facing the challenge of regaining its fashion authority and acclaim. Recognizing the need for revitalization, the brand entrusted us with training its teams on strategies for restoring the brand’s position in the market.
Our mission was to help them reconnect with the brand’s purpose and re-establish its connection to its core audience.

Solution:
An intensive multi-day workshop designed to boost the management team’s Aesthetic Intelligence and apply their learnings to re-envisioning their brand.
We guided participants through interactive exercises that addressed some of the brand’s key challenges and helped them devise ideas to make the brand relevant and create more sensorial in-store experiences.

Impact:
At the end of the program, participants presented their final concepts to the CEO and leadership team. The team’s idea was so creative and compelling that it was subsequently incorporated into the CEO’s long-range strategic plan. The program also had a positive effect on the company’s culture, providing an innovative outlet for leveraging and motivating high-potential talent.
